A DERELICT house on the Solway coast smashed it's guide price by more than £70,000 at a live auction this week.
The derelict seaside cottage in a prime location in Allonby made £82,000 at a live auction ran by Auction House Cumbria on Thursday, smashing it's initial guide price of £15,000.
On their Facebook page, Auction House Cumbria said: "What a great start to yesterday's live streamed online auction when this derelict cottage in Allonby sold for a fantastic £82,000 under the virtual hammer!"
