A road in the Lake District is currently experiencing heavy traffic due to a building fire.
High Hill both ways is blocked and there is heavy traffic from the A66 to the A5271 Crosthwaite Road due to the fire.
In Distington, one lane is closed closed due to recovery work and a broken down lorry on the A595 Northbound near The Car Dealership.
The A595 bypass between distington and Winscales is very busy with traffic. Police are recovering a HGV which is blocking one lane by the Distington Roundabout.
