Police are investigating a report of a hate crime which occurred at around 1.30pm on Tuesday 27th July 2021.
The incident has occurred at Kilgour Street in Penrith, near to Sainsbury's supermarket.
Police are asking for witnesses to please make contact in relation to this incident, in which two male youths on bicycles shouted abuse towards a man with a disability.
Anyone with any information on the suspects or witnessed the incident is urged to come forward.
