Open: Fire crews clear the A66 near Penrith.
The A66 has reopened after a closure between Center Parcs and Penrith.
A vehicle was on fire that Fire and Rescue Services have recovered and the road is now open.
Eden Police thanked every driver's patience who may have been caught in the delays
