Hearing: Carlisle's Rickergate court
MAGISTRATES have fined a Carlisle man £120 after he admitted possessing three illegal drugs.
Sheldon Harley James O'Neil, of Bousteads Grassing, was caught on June 13 carrying heroin, cannabis and diazepam.
As well as being fined, magistrates sitting at the city's Rickergate court ordered that he pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
