Joint: The defendant was over the limit for a cannabis breakdown product
A YOUNG Whitehaven motorist has been given a 36-month ban for drug driving.
Matthew Curwen Burgess, 25, of Birley Court, admitted driving on Boxing Day last year while over the limit for cannabis Carlisle’s Rickergate Court heard. His community order includes up to 10 days of rehabilitation. He must carry out 250 hours unpaid work, pay £85 costsa £95 victim surcharge.
