A Carlisle personal trainer is embarking on a new venture which he believes is the future of the coaching industry.

Having established himself as an online trainer under his BC Fitness brand, Ben Crawshaw is now setting up his own facility with the support of his business partner and fellow director Michael Seggie who also owns other businesses within the city.

BC Fitness HQ opens next month on the city’s St Nicholas Bridge business park.

Ben said: “This is no ordinary gym, this is more than just fitness, this is transformation coaching at a world-class level.

“I’m the head coach, director and owner, and the leader of the facility and family that is BC Fitness. I’m a qualified personal trainer, but my knowledge and passion are far more than a PT. I’m a transformation coach, I am qualified for mental health in exercise coaching and studying to be a qualified nutritionist.

“I have 14 years of experience in training and getting hundreds of men and women to build unstoppable confidence and build the body and life of their dreams. My passion and mission in life is to help people have purpose, be happy and live life to its fullest through fitness and community and I have created the environment for exactly that.

“I look forward to you joining the team and ‘becoming limitless’.”

“It’s a semi-private group personal training with a state of art gym and coaching from nutrition coaching, lifestyle coaching, mindset training, and weekly coaching called Tune Ups to educate and inspire you to become limitless.

BC Fitness HQ opens on August 7.
