Carlisle United chalked up two pre-season victories on the same day on Saturday.

They won 3-0 at Workington Reds thanks to goals from Clough, trialist Mampala and Charters, while another Blues XI saw off Hebburn Town 2-0 with both goals from Abrahams.

Decent run out at Hebburn. Dickenson the stand out player for me. Started at left back and then moved into midfield for 2nd half. Looked dangerous every time he got the ball. Dixon also continues to impress. (@mkhalford)
