FINES and an 18-month driving ban have been imposed on a Carlisle motorist who has admitted TWICE driving while over the limit for a cannabis breakdown product in the space of a month.
Aaron Matthew Gawthrop, 30, of Oakleigh Way, committed the first offence on December 1 last year as he drove a Vauxhall Corsa on Victoria Road, Carlisle.
He committed an almost identiical offence on December 29 as he drove in Scotland Road, Carlisle, the city's Rickergate Magistrates' Court heard.
As well as giving him a driving ban, magistrates imposed fines of £200 and £120 for each offence.
