A TRAINING provider’s support for apprentices and those looking to gain a new skill is paying dividends.

Off the back of announcing a new Level 2 Warehouse Operative apprenticeship course that helps apprentices break into the logistics industry, System People has spoken about the benefit its blended learning has had.

System People, a training provider in Carlisle, is on the look out for recruits to their Business Administration Level 3 course, Early Years Practitioner Level 2 as well as the Early Years Educator Level 3 and Teaching Assistant Level 3 courses.

Kirsty Milnes, Product Manager, WCF Shopping had a positive experience on the Business Administration course. “I thoroughly enjoyed completing my Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship with System People. It was such a valuable experience to be able to take on real responsibility in the workplace, whilst studying towards my qualification. You learn interpersonal skills, the relevant email and professional etiquette as well as time management and IT Skills, which are also really useful when entering the world of business.

“System People are a brilliant apprenticeship provider to do a Business Admin Apprenticeship with, who have great connections with local companies and once you’re accepted on the course, they will find you a suitable employer to complete the apprenticeship with. I did my placement with WCF, and it was the perfect fit for me.”
