Auction House Cumbria, a leading UK auction company, has been providing an online live streamed platform enabling successful buying and selling to continue, with the security of an immediate exchange of contracts.

Each of the nine live streamed online auctions have received exceptional interest, with 1,157 registered internet bidders, 440 telephone bidders and 116 proxy bidders. During the last auction in May, bidding saw spectacular prices with some achieving open market prices and all of the lots offered were sold.

In all, 268 properties have been sold with a value of £21.7 million and a sale rate of 95 per cent of lots offered.
