A MOTORIST has been banned from driving after admitting drug driving.
Dominik Pitonak, 24, of English Street, Carlisle, admitted driving under the influence of Methylamphetamine.
The incident took place on December 20 last year, when he drove his BMW on Crown Street in Carlisle.
Pitonak was also fined £415, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £42, and costs of £85.
A second offence of using a car without insurance, relating to September 25 last year, was withdrawn by the prosecution.
