Two sets of fire crews called to barn fire after tractor caught fire last night
Fire crews were called to a barn fire near Carlisle yesterday evening.
The crew from Carlisle East were called to the small barn fire at Scaleby at about 7.30pm last night, June 11.
Brampton and Longtown fire crew also assisted with the incident
The fire was started by a tractor that had been brought into the barn catching fire, in turn setting a small patch of hay alight.
Fire crews quickly dealt with the incident and left after an hour.
