A Cumbria charity has received a funding boost of over £2000 as a result of the courageous efforts of a kind 'super fundraiser'.
Shaun Jones recently completed one year of running, with over 2,600 miles completed and raising over £2,400 for Jigsaw Carlisle.
Shaun completed the Lap in Windermere, the Lap is a gruelling 47 mile trail marathon, as he concluded his year long fundraising challenge in aid of the hospice.
Hailing his efforts, Jigsaw stated: "This incredible support does not go unnoticed, all our Jigsaw staff, children and young adults would like to express their thanks to Shaun for all his amazing efforts".
