AN APPRENTICESHIP provider in Carlisle has launched their new Warehouse and Storage Apprenticeship designed to support people in finding a career route.
System People have launched the course to help people take advantage of the rising digital retail-economy and e-commerce boom resulting from Covid-19.
The first cohort of the 12 month Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 course will be able to support 20 plus Cumbrian apprentices within local organisations. Learners will be immersed in being at the front-line of the supply chain ensuring that local and national businesses are able to fulfill consumers' high expectations of a prompt and seamless delivery.
System People point out that logistics employs one in 12 people in the UK, making it a great career choice for practical and hands-on individuals.
