A new physiotherapy studio could be opened in Penrith if plans get the green light.
In an application submitted to Eden District Council, applicant Nat Broad Physiotherapy outlined a vision for a property at 20 Holyoake Terrace to be transformed.
The plans stated: “We would like to convert sections of the property into a self-contained, separate physiotherapy clinic. This would include changing the current store room into a reception area creating a doorway from the reception area through to a new hallway.
“The new hallway would be created by reducing the existing utility room and bathroom and blocking off the existing residential hallway. The ground floor bedroom and living room would become two treatment rooms. The living room would require a partition wall and new window fitted. The remaining two upstairs bedrooms would become office space.”
