THE AGENDA for Allerdale Borough Council's Development Panel has been released.
The meeting is due to take place at 11am on June 1 at Wigton Market Hall, Church Street.
Among the items for discussion include plans for Greggains Garage, Curzon Street, Maryport, which include the partial demolition and change of use of garage/depot to retail store with associated parking, loading platform and plant area (application reference: FUL/2020/0098).
Another item includes the Old Joiners Workshop, Croft View, Westnewton, for the change of use of the premises to a dwelling (application reference FUL/2021/0058, a resubmission of FUL/2020/0158).
