PROPOSALS to build two industrial and commercial units in Whitehaven have been with withdrawn.
Copeland Borough Council had received the application to build on land at the Sneckyeat Industrial Estate, Hensingham, in June 2020.
However on April 30 plans, by the Northern Trust, had been listed as "withdrawn".
According to the design and access statement: " This application is for the erection of two buildings to provide a total of nine self-contained industrial/commercial units. The proposal would provide a total floor area of 1743 sq m.
"The purpose of the development is to provide flexible, smaller scale accommodation, particularly to attract start-ups and local businesses."
