POLICE have put out an appeal for witnesses after a driver narrowly missed pedestrians when he jumped a red light.
The incident happened at 12.50pm on May 5 on Annan Road, Gretna.
A spokesman for Dumfries Galloway Police Division said: "A male was observed driving a silver Citroen C4, driving on Annan Road, Gretna.
"The driver has failed to stop at a red light narrowly missing pedestrians, who had been attempting to cross the road.
"The vehicle has then turned right and proceeded on to Central Avenue, Gretna."
Anyone who has information or dashcam footage of the incident should ring Police Scotland on 101.
