Magistrates at Carlisle's Rickergate court
A HERTFORDSHIRE man will appear in court in Carlisle accused of failing to give a sample of blood after being stopped by police.
Luke Mongan, 38, of Poplars in Welwyn Garden City, is alleged to have failed to give a sample when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Penrith on March 5 2021. His case has been adjourned until June 1 so he can attend.
