Hearing: Magistrates imposed a fine and compensation
MAGISTRATES have fined a man £112 after he pleaded guilty to attempting to steal 10 propane gas cylinders from a man in Cleator Moor on March 10.
Martin Francis Maughan, 26, of Abbotsford Court, Burton on Trent, initially denied wrongdoing but changed his plea to guilty. Workington magistrates told him to pay £5 compensation and £300 costs.
