THE DEADLINE for in the Annan Property Improvement Grant Scheme has been announced.
Dumfries & Galloway Council has set May 21 as the closing date for owners and occupants of commercial properties in the town, and the DG12 post code area, to apply for the money.
It gives them an opportunity to apply for a grant towards repairs and improvements to the front of their properties - up to 50 per cent of the cost and a maximum grant of £5,000.
It started in September 2020.
A spokesman for the council said: "The council launched the for proprietors and occupants of commercial properties in Annan town centre and other neighbourhood centres and during 2019 a number of community engagement events were carried out.
"A closing date of May 21 has now been put in place for expressions of interest."
