Helpers are needed to get a swimming pool and campsite re-opened after lockdown.
Lazonby Pool and campsite, near Penrith, will re-open on May 17 but support is required to get the facilities back up and running.
The public are invited to come along and help with a host of jobs on Sunday, May 9, at 10.30am, ahead of the popular pool re-opening to swimmers.
People are asked to bring any loppers, spades and wheelbarrows. A cordless drill would also be helpful.
Helpers will need to bring their own refreshments. The disabled toilet will be available for use throughout the day.
The heated outdoor pool, located in the Eden Valley, will initially open only for adult swimmers who have purchased a monthly season ticket.
It may be available for private hire for pool parties, group bookings, private and school swimming lessons, later in the season.
