A popular Carlisle rock band have announced the release of their debut album.
Hardwicke Circus announced on social media that they will be releasing 'The Borderland' on Friday July 9.
The six piece said they have "poured everything we've got" into making the record.
The album, which features 12 songs, is a tale of the bands "coming from the in-between".
Hardwicke Circus have played more than 150 gigs - supporting Bob Dylan & Neil Young in Hyde Park, Madness, Alabama 3, Southside Johnny and The Asbury Jukes, Bob Geldof’s Boomtown Rats and The Blockheads. They have gigged at the Isle of Wight Festival, Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, headlined the Yam Riot Stage at Kendal Calling.
The band has also gained airplay on BBC Introducing, Radio 1, Radio 2 & 6 Music.
