NATWEST has published a countrywide study into how small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) are recovering after Covid-19.
The review done in consultation with the British Chambers of Commerce and Federation of Small Businesses.
It states that SMEs often struggle to find a support programme that is tailored to their needs, with only one in five finding the right support and just one in 20 get a "significant productivity boost" after getting the support.
Andrew Harrison, head of business banking said: “The findings show they're an homogenous group, and that support available needs to tailored to their needs."
