Carlisle Magistrates Court
A MAN has been fined after admitting possession of cocaine.
Michael Ian Dean-Norman (18) of Yewdale Road, Carlisle, appeared at Carlile Magistrates Court on April 1.
He admitted one charge of possession of a class A drug, and was fined £120.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.
The charge related to an incident on October 18.
