Can it really be 10 years already?

It's now fully a decade since Carlisle United won their last piece of silverware.

And they did so in memorable style in the 2011 Johnstone's Paint Trophy final at Wembley.

Hero of the hour was, of course, Peter Murphy, who volleyed the game's only goal on the weekend he became a dad for the first time.

Murphy's partner Lisa was in the stand cradling new-born Oscar as the Irish defender won the trophy for Greg Abbott's Blues.

The game against Brentford was played in front of 40,476 fans at the national stadium - including thousands from Cumbria.
