HOUSING developer Story Homes has been awarded a five-star customer satisfaction rating from leading industry bodies.
The prize comes a survey was carried out by the Home Builders Federation and the National House Building Council which gave the builder a five-star satisfaction rating, meaning more than nine in 10 customers would recommending the firm to a friend.
The 2021 joint survey provides a benchmark for customer service.
Story Homes got a further accolade for customer service from ‘In-house’, the customer satisfaction research body.
It got the ‘Gold’ rating from In-house after more than 94 per cent of customers said they would recommend the builder.
Colin Wood, chief operating officer at the firm, said: “To achieve five-star status, considering the extraordinary circumstances of the past year, is a fantastic achievement.”
