Limit: The defendant was over the limit for a cannabis breakdown product
A DRUG driver from Maryport has been given a 12-month ban by Workington magistrates.
Scott William Trimble, 25, of Edinburgh Road, admitted committing the offence in Gavel Street, Maryport, on October 4 as he drove a Peugeot. He was over the limit for a cannabis breakdown product. He was also fined £400 with £85 costs and a £40 surcharge.
