Thousands of people lined the streets as a three-year-old boy took his final journey through Carlisle.
The funeral of Stanley Dalton took place today and friends, family and supporters turned out in numbers to pay tribute to the little fighter who sadly lost his battle to cancer on January 31.
Stanley had been battling T-CELL Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia since March 2019.
He had travelled to Singapore thanks to the help of Cumbrians who joined people around the world to raise the £500,000 needed for potentially life-saving treatment, and fought like a warrior to beat the cancer.
In a horse-drawn carriage Stanley took his final journey through Carlisle today.
On the last part of his journey to the crematorium, his sister, Delilah walked in front of the carriage while his parents Georgia and Lee followed in the car behind.
As he entered the crematorium, close family and friends stood outside could here 'I wanna be like you' from the Jungle Book playing.

The News & Star attended the funeral with the permission of Stanley's family.
