Too many people are travelling to Cumbria during lockdown, Police say.
He said officers had spoken to a total of 435 people since lockdown and a total of 94 fixed penalty notices had been issued.
But Paul Williams, chairman of the Cumbria Police Federation, 80 per cent of those were issued to people who lived outside of the country according to Cumbria Police Federation chairman Paul Williams.
"There are still too many people coming into Cumbria," he said.
Mr Williams said he was also concerned that Police were being verbally abused by members of the public.
