Residents are being invited to take part in two virtual meetings, and share their views on Cumbrian conservation areas.

Copeland Borough Council is encouraging everyone in the St Bees and Hensingham communities to join the upcoming meetings, giving all the chance to have their say.

The council's draft documents outline the special interest of the conversation areas, referring to their development, character and appearance.

The feedback gained through consultations and the two meetings will be included in the council's final documents, which will be used to aid decision-making within the areas.

The St Bees meeting is set to take place on Friday (January 15), followed by the Hensingham meeting on January 22, with both taking place at 1pm on the respective days.

To take part in the meeting, register your attendance via email by contacting Samuel.woodford@copeland.gov.uk.
