A THIRTY-four-year-old Carlisle man who admitted using threatening behaviour has been told he must do 140 hours of unpaid work in the community.
Aaran Stefano Giacopazzi, of East Nelson Street, Denton Holme, committed the offence on Sunday, September 13, Carlisle's Rickergate Magistrates' Court heard.
As well as the unpaid work, magistrates ruled that he should pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs. The charge said that he committed the offence 'with intent to cause' the victim to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against him.
