Multiple trains travelling between London to Scotland – and passing through Cumbria – have been delayed or cancelled today (December 4).
Avanti West Coast has shared details of the delays, with trains travelling to-and-from London Euston facing delays and cancellations due to "a problem currently under investigation".
Trains affected include:
- 5.40am train from Glasgow Central – London Euston, due at 10.33am (delayed by 24 minutes between Glasgow and Carlisle)
- 6.43am London Euston – Edinburgh, due at 12.19pm (delayed, now starting from Birmingham New Street)
- 7.10am London Euston – Glasgow Central, due at 11.59am (Cancelled)
