A spa near Carlisle is set to reopen after the lockdown.

Rickerby Retreat has announced that it will open its doors again on December 2 when restrictions change.

A spokeswoman said: “If you had an appointment booked in with us during the recent lockdown period, we will be in touch with you shortly to reschedule a new appointment for you.

“We can’t wait to see you all again and help you get ready for Christmas.

“We will be working hard to get in touch with you all, but please be patient as there are a lot of you to get through.”
