An online talk is to be held on mental health in the workplace, featuring a guest speaker from Carlisle Eden Mind.
Carlisle Ambassadors will be holding an online event for its members, including an address from Chris Graham from the local branch of the mental health charity.
He will be speaking about mental health in the workplace in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Mr Graham has been with Carlisle Eden Mind for eight years, supporting local companies to develop sustainable Mental Health awareness for the workforce, line managers, and senior management.
He has also been working with Sellafield delivering a range of Covid 19 Mental Health themed online zoom workshops for their managers and staff.
