An application has been submitted to partially turn a building into a day nursery.
Carlisle City Council received plans on Monday for a property on Allenbrook Road, Rosehill Industrial Estate, Carlisle.
The building is used by WM Plant business, which provides a hire, sale, spare part and repairs service for construction, horticultural and forestry equipment.
The applicant is listed as Barrie Ward.
According to the design and access statement: “The site layout will be reconfigured to create additional parking. To improve the site layout and circulation we propose to include two new vehicle access positions.”
