No doubt it had to come for Allerdale District Council to appoint a waster enforcement officer to stamp down on some dog owners breaking the law by allowing dogs to foul our public places. Surely this dog fouling should be also stamped down on in the Copeland district and they should also appoint a waste enforcement officer to clean up Copeland district as there is no doubt it is bad, not only for the towns but the villagers as well.
Dog fouling is a serious health hazard, and they should bring back dog licensing as the situation is out of control.
