Proposals for flats to be converted for use by a vets practice have been given the thumbs-up.
Eden Council has approved plans, on November 11, for the change of use of the second and third floors of Rowcliffe House, Crown Square, Penrith.
Proposals had originally been submitted in September.
The application has been submitted by Rowcliffe House Vets, which currently operates on the ground floor.
According to the design and access statement “no development of the site is planned.”
The area is to be used as office space for the business, as well as storage and accommodation for on-call staff.
