AN APPLICATION for a camping and caravan site have been submitted.
Eden District Council have received plans for Ivy House Farm, Crackenthorpe, Appleby.
The application has been submitted by David Taylor.
Plans include: "Use of land to site holiday caravans and camping pods plus waster water treatment."
According to the planning statement: "There are 20 static caravans including camping pods are sited off stone tracks leading from the existing farm roadway and the wide village minor road.
"That road connects to the A66 bypass of the village at both ends.
"To demonstrate the practicality of development and how it would be visually integrated into its pastoral surroundings, site sections are provided.
