A man from Whitehaven was arrested after police raided a property in the town.
Cumbria police officers from the Copeland Proactive Team carried out a S23 Misuse of Drugs Act warrant in Mirehouse on Ashness Close, Whitehaven, on Thursday.
A quantity of suspected controlled drugs were recovered.
A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class A controlled substance, possession of cannabis and possession with intent to supply a psychoactive substance.
The man was later released under investigation while further enquiries continue.
