Ban: The defendant has been banned from going to Dowbeck Road, Carlisle
MAGISTRATES have banned a Carlisle man from entering Dowbeck Road in the city after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman and damaging her television.
Carl Sean Norman, 28, of Orton Road, Carlisle, committed both offences on September 18.
His community order includes a requirement to complete 30 days of rehabilitation and attend an ‘accredited’ Probation Service programme.
He must also complete 150 hours of unpaid work in the community, magistrates ruled. A restraining order will ban him from contacting the victim or going to her address.
