The Youth Hostel Association is giving advice to people that have booked to stay with them in light of new Government guidance.
Recent changes to social gathering rules, will affect bookings at the Youth Hostel Association with arrival dates in the coming weeks.
The YHA say they are working hard to understand how this will affect guests bookings longer term, but they are trying to resolve the matter for guests due to stay with them before October 31 as an immediate priority.
If people have a stay booked to arrive before October 31 that can no longer go ahead as originally planned, they should amend their booking or request a transfer or cancellation.
Customers are assured that bookings made directly with YHA will be covered by their Covid-19 Flexibility Guarantee.
They advise customers with a booking and an arrival date after October 31, to hold off contacting them for the moment, while
they deal with their priority bookings.
Their phone lines are extremely busy while staff deal with bookings in priority order.
