Police appeal for witnesses following assault.
Officers are appealing for information after a man was assaulted in a town centre attack.
The incident took place on Lowther Street, Whitehaven, on September 20.
At about 1.40am, a local man was assaulted and suffered injuries to his face.
Police are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with information that could help, to come forward.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 23 of September 20.
