Attempt to de-list development as affordable home
PROPOSALS to de-list a four-bedroom development as 'affordable unit' have been lodged.
The application is for Blossom House, Cumwhinton, Brampton.
A submission, by Rachel Clare Armstrong and John Ross William Park, said the previous approval, in 2007, was done only because any new build at the time would have to be for affordable housing.
