DETECTIVES investigating the death of a 26-year-old Carlisle man have made two further arrests as part of the ongoing investigation.
Officers this morning (August 5) executed an arrest warrant at two addresses in the Blackwell Road and Howe Street area of Carlisle.
A 25-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy from Carlisle have both been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.
