A WIGTON man has admitted producing and supplying cannabis oil and possessing cannabis.
John Peacock, 54, faced the charges at Carlisle Crown Court yesterday.
The two charges of producing and supplying cannabis oil relate to a period between September 13 2018 and November 13 2018.
Recorder Ciaran Rankin ordered a pre-sentence report be completed prior to sentencing.
Speaking to Peacock, of Waver Street in Silloth, Recorder Rankin said: "You very wisely pleaded guilty to three offences against you, in which the evidence is very strong.
"You have done everything to mitigate your position with entering guilty pleas.
"We are moving towards a pre-sentence report. Your next appearance at court will be September 14." The prosecution and defence must agree a basis of plea.
