Permission is being sought to increase the number of homes set to be built on a new Carlisle development.
A planning application has been submitted to Carlisle City Council seeking permission to increase the number of homes that will make up the new Tarraby View housing development, on land just off Windsor Way in north Carlisle.
The developer, Persimmon Homes, hopes to increase the number of homes built in the second phase of the development from 72 to 90, an increase of 18 homes.
