LOCKDOWN has been an exciting time for one school's outdoor group as they have expanded and re-designed their area.
William Howard School's open spaces group have welcomed nine lambs, seven ducklings, and six human volunteers to the fold.
The group has been hard at work making the area safe and beautiful ahead of students returning to school.
A post on the school's website said: "We at open spaces are extremely grateful for all the time and effort that was given to maintain the area ready for when our students can safely return and use this outstanding outdoor classroom again."
The volunteers have been planting fruit and vegetables, maintaining the orchard, and weeding the area.
They have also been giving plenty of love to the new animals.
