Following the latest phase of the Government's relaxation in lockdown restrictions, advice has been issued on shopping safely to avoid the spread of Covid-19.
Non-essential shops were reopened to the public on June 15 and with shielding measures soon to be relaxed, the Government has issued this advice on staying safe whilst out and about.
The two metre social distancing rule should be followed whenever possible. Customers are asked to follow instructions, signage and markings in-store to ensure social distancing is maintained.
Shoppers are advised to wash their hands as soon as they return home. Although lockdown rules have been stepped down, shoppers are asked to go to the shops as infrequently as possible.
